We try to process all points as quickly as possible but sometimes it takes longer than expected for them to appear in your account. Please allow a few days for the points to show in your account.

Once you have registered correctly with Relish Rewards and you have verified you are the bill payer through the registration email you will begin to receive Relish Reward points when you place your next order with Sysco. Unfortunately, Relish Reward points will not be applied to customer accounts prior to registering with Relish Rewards.

The terms and conditions form the contract between us (Relish Rewards) and you (the Relish Rewards member) and reiterate how the scheme operates. They apply to the entire Relish Rewards scheme and all members.

You only need one account to participate in the scheme, regardless of the number of different businesses you have, i.e. chains, catering, bars/pubs, etc. Having one account means you can easily keep track of the points you are collecting in one place and means you have access to one statement.

Yes, you must be the bill payer of the Sysco account in order to earn points with Relish Rewards.

If you have multiple customer accounts with Sysco you must register each account separately with Relish Rewards. When registering each account you must provide a different email address for each account. This is required to facilitate password retrieval. Yes, Relish Rewards is available to customers in Northern Ireland. Please note that customer exclusions apply.

Loyalty Points are valid for a use for a period of 24 months from their award date.
